Job summary

Hellmann East Europe Group is seeking an Airfreight Branch Manager to lead a multi-functional team. You will oversee operations, customer service, warehousing, and sales, while driving financial performance and customer satisfaction across a branch in a global logistics network.

The role requires strong leadership, end-to-end operational know-how, and a focus on cost control, with responsibility for budgets, forecasts, and monthly closings within an international environment.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a logistics/forwarding environment.
• Strong budgeting and financial management capabilities.
• Experience in coordinating operations, sales, and customer service.
• Ability to drive performance with KPIs and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day management of the branch, including operations, customer service, administration, warehousing, and staffing.
• Ensure inbound/outbound activities align with company objectives and standards.
• Act as escalation point for incidents, handling issues professionally and focusing on customer satisfaction.
• Monitor operational KPIs and drive performance improvement.
• Grow business through customer retention, acquisition, and sales planning.
• Oversee branch P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and financial results.
• Ensure adherence to QHSE, governance, and continuous process improvement.
