The Client:

Axzel Search is partnering with a global logistics leader to recruit a Head of Airfreight EMEA. This key role will provide commercial leadership to drive growth and navigate transformation across Europe.

The Role:

• Lead airfreight product management (pricing, procurement, sales) and business development.
• Focus on growth through newly acquired industry-specific products and integrate with existing business.
• Target key clients in sectors like Automotive, Aerospace, and Healthcare.
• Build and maintain strong relationships, drive sales, and align with strategic goals.

Requirements:

• 10+ years in Air Freight Product Management, with senior operations, sales, and commercial experience.
• Proven track record in procurement and consistently achieving sales targets.
• Strong leadership experience, preferably within the forwarding industry.
• Experience managing P&L and cross-functional logistics.
• Ideally based across Europe, bonus would be Western Europe or Benelux region.
