Philips in Amsterdam is seeking an AI Solutions Manager for Grooming and Beauty. You will translate business challenges into usable AI prototypes, design build-ready solutions, and collaborate with SCOPE, IT, data and other specialists to move ideas to measurable value.
Hybrid working is supported. This role is based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, with a base salary range to be determined by internal equity and local market considerations.
Help Grooming and Beauty turn ambitious AI ideas into working solutions quickly. You will work across strategy, portfolio, marketing, commercial, innovation and operations to turn high-value business challenges into practical prototypes and clear technical solutions. Your work will help teams move faster from idea to evidence and from evidence to a build-ready brief. This is a hands-on technical role at the point where business needs, users, data and technology come together. You will build and test early solutions, make the technical choices and requirements clear, and partner closely with SCOPE, IT, data and other specialists. Central technical teams will typically own the production build and deployment; you will remain involved as the technical continuity point so that the scaled solution stays true to the validated need and delivers the intended business value.
You have 5 to 8 years of experience in hands-on AI, automation, digital solutioning, data and analytics, engineering or technically led transformation. This experience may come from any business function. You have built and tested working prototypes with AI, automation or digital tools and can show how you moved from an ambiguous problem to a practical solution.
You understand model capabilities and limitations and are technically fluent in areas such as data flows, APIs, integrations, system architecture and enterprise technology environments.
You can translate fluently between business users and technical teams, turning needs into specifications that others can build from.
You work comfortably with SCOPE, IT, data, privacy, security and other specialists, and you know when deeper expertise is needed.
You bring a builder mindset: curious, pragmatic and energized by experimentation, rapid learning and solving difficult problems.
You create clarity in ambiguity, communicate simply and can influence across functions in a global matrix organization.
You focus on measurable value, responsible use and adoption, not experimentation for its own sake.
A formal engineering degree or an IT background is not required. What matters is demonstrated technical capability, hands‑on experience with the tools, and the judgment to turn a promising prototype into a solution that can be built and used at scale.
The base salary range for this role is EUR 78.187,00 - EUR 130.312,00. We determine pay within the range using objective factors, like the skills the role requires, your relevant experience and the responsibility you'll have in this role, alongside internal equity and local market considerations.
This role is eligible for 3% short term incentive with your rewards linked to both individual performance and company results. We'll share the full approach with you during the interview process, so you can make a clear, informed decision.
