Responsibilities

Set AI and innovation direction for Operations with focus on measurable impact.
Identify and prioritize high-value use cases with business value and feasibility.
Lead the central Ops innovation model and governance structure.
Guide a team of Forward Deployed AI specialists to scalable solutions.
Build credibility of AI across Ops with practical examples and risk awareness.
Stay current on AI landscape and translate to Ops strategy.
Coordinate with enablement and capability teams to deploy capabilities.
Represent Operations in central engineering with clear priorities.
Track progress and ensure outcomes over activity.
