Job summary

Salesforce is actively seeking Forward Deployed Engineers in Amsterdam to design and implement advanced AI solutions directly within enterprise customer environments. This role involves collaboration with Delivery Teams and deploying robust AI capabilities that drive substantial business impact while providing real-time solutions.

The ideal candidate will have substantial technical delivery experience working alongside sales and technical teams, and a strong background in software engineering including familiarity with multiple programming languages, LLMs, and data platforms.

Qualifications

• Excited to travel ~25% of the time working directly alongside customers.
• Hands-on with LLMs and prompt engineering.
• Experience with cloud data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy AI solutions inside customer environments.
• Collaborate with Delivery Team and Deployment Strategist.
• Build and maintain performance dashboards and KPI reporting.
