Job summary

Mistral AI seeks an AI Deployment Strategist to drive adoption and deployment of AI solutions, from strategic vision to production. You will work with customer executives to design roadmaps, collaborate with the Applied AI team, and ensure smooth transitions from presales to postsales.

Travel ~30-60% to support on-site deployments. The role blends business strategy with hands-on deployment, requiring strong communication, strategic thinking, and practical AI know-how to deliver measurable

Qualifications

2+ years in a client-facing strategic and technical role.
Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or Engineering.
Foundational knowledge of AI/ML and ability to explain to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Hands-on experience building and deploying AI applications (Python, JavaScript).
Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.
Executive presence to influence senior stakeholders (VP, C-level).
Experience with sales qualification frameworks (MEDDPICC) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead executive-level workshops to identify business challenges and opportunities for AI adoption.
Co-create AI adoption roadmaps with customers and quantify ROI.
Architect end-to-end AI solutions integrating models and platforms into client workflows.
