Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an AI Solution Engineer within the ADM practice to design and build production-grade AI and automation solutions that improve application development and maintenance delivery. You will create scalable, reusable components to embed in ADM processes and deploy across client environments.

The role covers developing AI-powered workflows, integrating AI agents into ITSM, DevOps, and enterprise systems, and ensuring production readiness, security, and governance.

Qualifications

• Software development experience with Python, C#, or Node.js.
• API integration experience with REST/OAuth2.
• Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and multi-agent workflows.
• Production readiness and security concepts.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI-powered solutions and intelligent automation workflows.
• Integrate AI agents into ITSM platforms, DevOps pipelines, and enterprise systems.
• Build reusable components such as orchestration frameworks and APIs.
