Job summary

Salesforce is hiring Deployment Strategists — strategic builders who are customer-facing advisors defining AI strategy, shaping agentic solutions, and driving adoption for enterprise customers. Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in strategic solutioning, technical advisory, or delivery leadership for enterprise cloud or SaaS.
• Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Prior customer-facing delivery experience is required.
• Understanding of Salesforce platform and Data Cloud and Agentic AI capabilities.
• Knowledge of Python, JavaScript, Java, or Apex.
• Ability to lead complex engagements end-to-end from discovery to outcomes.
• Experience leading AI/LLM solution design including agentic AI strategy.
• Strong project and programme management; multiple workstreams in ambiguity.
• Willingness to travel 25% to customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end customer engagements across the value lifecycle — Identify → Commit → Deploy → Consume.
• Define the customer's Agentic AI strategy and roadmap; conduct design workshops.
• Oversee engagement delivery timelines, risk escalation, and reporting.
• Own adoption, consumption, and expansion metrics within your engagement scope.
• Coordinate with Forward Deployed Engineers on strategy and execution.
• Develop customer solutions supported by AI tools such as Cursor, Claude, and Vibes.
• Manage senior stakeholders and present business value outcomes.
• Assess AI readiness and guide change management and process transformation.
• Synthesize field insights into actionable product feedback for the roadmap.
