Job summary

Howspace is seeking a Product Manager to accelerate AI-driven features in our fast-growing SaaS platform for L&D. You’ll own initiatives end-to-end—from problem framing to shipped feature and measured impact—with a focus on speed, iteration, and clear outcomes.

You’ll run rapid discovery, craft precise specs for engineers and AI agents, and drive day-to-day delivery while aligning sales, marketing and CS to maximise commercial impact. Fluent English required.

• Fluent written and spoken English
• Experience shipping features that involve AI components or AI tooling

We're looking for a Product Manager who guides this momentum and directly shapes how quickly we bring new value to our users. You will own initiatives end-to-end - from customer problem to shipped feature to measured outcome. What you’ll have ownership of:

• Running fast discovery to map customer problems in days, instead of months
• Crafting precise specs so engineers and AI agents can execute flawlessly without getting stuck
• Driving day-to-day delivery and confidently making independent scope choices to keep things moving
• Defining what success looks like upfront and boldly evaluating the real results after launch
• Rallying sales, marketing, and CS to ensure your features create a massive commercial impact
• Ruthlessly owning your backlog, including confidently deciding what to stop doing
• Championing speed by making time-to-market and rapid learning your core quality metrics
• Seizing practical AI opportunities to elevate product usability and maximize user value

What you’ll bring:

• A proven track record of shipping real features to production and owning the outcomes
• Ability to make smart choices with 60–70% data and pivot fast when needed
• Experience leading and sustaining high-velocity weekly or biweekly shipping cycles
• Comfort challenging ideas constructively, committing to choices, and executing independently
• Hands-on experience building AI features or working directly with AI coding tools
• Sharp written communication that empowers teams to move forward without needing a meeting
• Being genuinely energized by a fast-paced environment with skyrocketing development speeds
• Experience in the L&D or HR tech space is a plus
• Typically requires 5+ years of PM experience in a fast-growing B2B SaaS company
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are an advantage
