Job summary

Payhawk in Amsterdam is seeking a Content & AI Enablement Team Lead to steer our global editorial agenda and scale high-quality content across the organization. You will own top-of-funnel programs while staying hands-on with strategic writing and editing, and you will empower Product Marketing, SEO, Demand Generation, and regional teams through clear workflows, templates, and standards.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in B2B content marketing or editorial roles.
• Native-level English proficiency.
• Experience leading a content team.
• Experience in SaaS, fintech, enterprise technology, or another complex B2B category.
• Experience creating content for senior business audiences.
• Evidence of building repeatable content processes and operating models.
• Experience working across Brand, Product Marketing, SEO, Demand Generation, Sales, Web, Design, and regional teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and the confidence to challenge low-value requests.

Responsibilities

• Lead our global content strategy.
• Create flagship content including research, reports, and leadership content.
• Build AI-enabled content operating system and repeatable workflows.
• Enable Product Marketing, SEO, Demand Generation, and regional teams to self-serve content.
• Lead and develop a small team of content managers; manage external writers and partners.
