Lever, Inc. is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer - AI-First based in the Netherlands, with a fully remote work setup.

You will build high-scale software in an AI-first environment, combining Java/Spring Boot on the backend with Angular/TypeScript on the frontend, and you'll own cloud deployments. You will collaborate with Product to shape what gets built, review AI-generated code critically for security and reliability, and leverage modern AI coding agents to accelerate delivery while

Qualifications

3+ years of professional software engineering experience with full-stack focus.
Strong Java/Spring Boot backend and Angular/TypeScript frontend skills.
Interest in AI-assisted engineering and secure software practices.

Responsibilities

Own product development within an autonomous engineering team.
Develop and maintain full-stack applications using Java/Spring Boot and Angular/TypeScript.
Leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate coding, testing, and delivery.
Critically review AI-generated code for correctness, architecture, and security.
Take end-to-end ownership from design to deployment in the cloud.
Apply modern security practices and identify potential vulnerabilities.
Collaborate to balance frontend/backend priorities based on product impact.
Contribute to a high-autonomy, results-driven engineering culture.
