Job summary

Oneleet is a fast-growing security and compliance platform hiring a Senior Fullstack Engineer to lead AI integration across our product. You’ll work on Go backend APIs and React frontend, design context gathering for AI services, and build UI components that surface AI insights to customers.

You’ll collaborate with the AI team, optimize API calls, implement robust error handling, and iterate with customers to improve UX while shipping features quickly and securely.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of fullstack software development with Go and JavaScript
• Experience building production APIs (REST and/or gRPC)
• Proven track record of building responsive UIs with React or similar
• Experience with data transformation and cross-system mapping
• Strong understanding of asynchronous programming and API optimization
• Experience gathering user requirements and translating feedback into improvements
• Solid debugging across backend to frontend
• Experience with production monitoring, logging and observability
• Strong communication skills and comfort working with customers
• Ability to balance technical excellence with shipping valuable features

Responsibilities

• Integrate AI service endpoints into the platform, handling authentication, errors, and responses.
• Design and implement context gathering to feed AI services with security data.
• Build UI components in JavaScript/React to present AI insights and automations.
• Map AI responses to actionable UI elements driving user action.
• Implement robust error handling and fallback behaviors for unavailable AI services.
• Create feedback loops from user interactions to drive improvements.
• Work with customers to understand AI usage and iterate UX.
• Optimize API calls to AI services and implement caching where appropriate.
• Build analytics to track AI feature usage, success rates, and engagement.
• Collaborate with AI team to communicate platform needs and feedback.
• Develop reusable patterns for AI integration across features.
• Ensure AI features align with existing workflows and patterns.
