Job summary

Puffy, a market-leading, nine-figure D2C brand, is hiring a CRO Content Manager, AI-First to own its brand narrative and conversion content strategy across brand voice, PDP and landing-page copy, AI workflows, and copywriter development, reporting directly to the VP – Digital Experience & Conversion.

This remote role offers a total annual package up to USD $132,000 plus benefits, with a base salary and a monthly performance bonus.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in content strategy and marketing, including 2+ years leading content teams.
• Exceptional ability to translate complex briefs into persuasive buying arguments.
• Flawless written and verbal English with CRO and testing expertise.

Responsibilities

• Own brand voice, messaging hierarchy, and conversion copy across PDPs and landing pages.
• Build repeatable AI workflows and review standards for accuracy and brand voice.
• Collaborate with CRO and Design to test copy variants and measure results.
• Lead copywriter development and ensure substantiation of claims.
