AIOS seeks a Funnel Conversion Lead to own end-to-end CVR for Meta ads in a country. You will deeply understand the target customer, generate macro tests, and execute them with a small Product Squad.

You’ll work across analytics stacks and drive rapid experimentation to scale international growth. You’ll work fully remotely, syncing with the Head of Performance and CEO, and you’ll be expected to put in long hours during peak periods.

Qualifications

• 4+ years running a high-volume of experiments for DTC ecommerce brands.
• Own end-to-end funnel CRO from ads to landing pages and checkout.
• Strong analytics, data-driven decision making and telemetry.

Responsabilités

• DRI for end-to-end website CVR from Meta ads for a specific country.
• Develop test ideas, hypotheses and prioritize macro & micro experiments.
• Lead a Product Squad (1 Engineer, 1 Designer) and ship tests fast.
• Measure results, learn and iterate to improve funnel performance.
• Collaborate with Head of Performance and CEO; work in a fully remote setup.
