Job summary

Puffy is hiring an AI-first General Counsel to own legal work across Puffy, RGG, and related family-office matters. You will partner directly with the CEO, manage outside counsel, and lead AI-enabled production while upholding professional judgment.

The role blends commercial, investment, and personal legal duties in a remote-first setup with global scope, offering high autonomy and strategic impact.

Qualifications

• Licensed law degree (JD/LLB) and good standing in at least one jurisdiction.
• Typically 5–10 years of relevant legal experience with in-house and/or investment work.
• Proven experience using AI for legal drafting, research, and risk analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own legal work across Puffy, RGG entities, and CEO matters with outside counsel coordination.
• Draft, review, and negotiate investment docs, side letters, and fund terms.
• Deliver proactive risk assessments and monthly legal exposure audits.
• Coordinate cross-border matters, disputes, and regulatory inquiries with diligence.
