Qualifications

• 12+ years of business leadership experience, including 5+ years leading managers across multiple functions.
• Proven ability to own commercial outcomes through leaders.
• Strong cross-functional judgment on trade-offs and organizational consequences.
• Experience using LLMs to produce and challenge substantive work with accountability.
• End-to-end decision ownership from planning to implementation.
• Ability to operate within delegated authority and escalate major strategic changes.
• Willingness to work extended hours and weekends.

Responsibilities
