Job summary

Advance in IT Ltd seeks a mid-level AI Engineer to design and ship production-ready AI solutions in a GCP environment. You will work across 2–3 client projects, building AI agents, voicebots, and MLOps pipelines with Vertex AI and BigQuery, while communicating clearly with clients and teammates in English.

Dutch language skills are a plus. The role emphasizes building real, deployable AI solutions rather than pure experiments, with a collaborative, flat team structure and opportunities to grow

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Software, Data or ML Engineering.
• Hands-on in GCP services like Vertex AI and BigQuery.
• Able to ship production AI solutions and explain to clients.

GCP AI Engineer | Build AI that actually makes it into production

Fed up with AI projects that never make it past the POC stage?

A brilliant boutique Google Cloud Partner in the Netherlands that’s building real, production-ready AI solutions for its clients is growing — and they’re looking for a Mid-level AI Engineer to join their growing team.

This isn’t endless experimentation or data grunt work. You’ll be building and shipping.

What you’ll work on:

• AI agents & agentic workflows
• Gemini & Vertex AI
• AI voicebots and intelligent assistants
• MLOps and taking models into production

You’ll typically work across 2–3 client projects, giving you loads of variety, ownership and exposure to some seriously interesting AI challenges.

What they’re looking for:

• 3–5 years in Software, Data or ML Engineering
• GCP / Vertex AI / BigQuery experience is a big plus
• A builder mentality — you want to ship, not just experiment
• Comfortable speaking with clients as well as writing code
• Fluent English - Dutch is an advantage
