Job summary

Xccelerated, part of the Xebia Group, is hiring an Agentic AI Engineer to shape the future of software delivery. You will design and deploy AI agents that automate engineering tasks, write code and optimize workflows, driving production-grade GenAI capabilities at scale.

You will work across cloud platforms, IaC, and agentic frameworks to standardize practices and accelerate delivery. Hybrid work is available, with a strong focus on impact and growth.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in Software engineering or ML.
• Hands-on experience with agentic AI is a must.
• Proficiency in Python, cloud, and APIs.
• Experience with cloud platforms and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Bicep).
• Familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering and agentic frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI).
• Polyglot mindset—choose the right tool for the job.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and deploy AI agents/GenAI systems that automate and accelerate software delivery.
• Design reusable agent architectures that scale across the organization.
• Integrate LLMs and agentic frameworks into existing engineering workflows.
• Define best practices for agent design, testing and observability.
• Turn fast experiments into production-grade capabilities.
• End-to-end software engineering across the full lifecycle.
