Job summary
Intus Workforce Solutions is seeking an AI Engineer to design, develop and implement LLM-based solutions within our product suite. You will enhance planning logic through AI-driven reasoning, prediction and decision support, shaping how LLMs, retrieval systems, and generative components fit into our product ecosystem.
You will contribute to data‑driven foundations by building embeddings, retrieval pipelines and evaluation frameworks that empower features for Dutch and international markets, in
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, AI or related field.
- Solid understanding of LLMs and APIs.
- Experience with agentic frameworks and evaluating LLMs.
- Strong Python, cloud, CI/CD and Kubernetes skills.
- Excellent problem solving and learning mindset.
- Strong English communication; Dutch is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop and implement LLM solutions within products.
- Enhance planning logic with AI-driven reasoning and prediction.
- Build data-driven components, embeddings, retrieval pipelines.
- Collaborate in Agile/Scrum team with cross-functional colleagues.
- Contribute to AI foundations for Dutch and international markets.
