Intus Workforce Solutions is seeking an AI Engineer to design, develop and implement LLM-based solutions within our product suite. As an AI Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing and implementing LLM solutions within our products. You will work on enhancing and extending our planning logic through AI‑driven reasoning, prediction, and decision support, while helping define how LLMs, retrieval systems, and generative components fit into our product ecosystem.
You will also contribute to advancing our platform’s AI foundations by developing data‑driven components, embeddings, retrieval pipelines, evaluation frameworks and other enabling technologies that support the next generation of intelligent features for both Dutch and international markets.
You will work with modern AI and data technologies. We use Pydantic AI as a baseline for our systems, but we always look for the newest and most promising technical solutions, so we also appreciate you bringing new ideas and tools.
You will join a multidisciplinary development team consisting of a full‑stack engineer, AI specialists, a UX engineer and a Product Owner and supported by external AI expertise. We work in an Agile/Scrum environment focused on collaboration, continuous improvement and delivering high‑quality solutions. Current initiatives you may contribute to:
An AI Assistant that assists our users with resolving all types of user questions;
AI powered solutions for solving and optimizing planning challenges;
Solutions that streamline and enhance internal processes, with a focus on customer support, project management, and implementation.
You have
Relevant working experience in a similar environment
A Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence or a related field
A thorough understanding of LLM’s and their API’s
Experience with agentic frameworks and evaluation and monitoring of LLM’s
Experience with Python, Cloud computing, CI/CD concepts and Kubernetes is a pro
Strong analytical skills and the ability to understand and solve complex technical problems
A natural eagerness to learn and explore new things
Strong communication skills in English, Dutch is a plus.
