GenIA-L, Lefebvre Sdu's platform for legal knowledge, is growing its AI core. We seek a Medior AI Engineer to build and improve agents, pipelines, and knowledge packages, collaborating with editors and lawyers in production environments.

You’ll translate legal processes into scalable tech, measure quality with evaluations and observability, and ship features for customers, from document analysis to advanced case-law search, in a supportive, growth-oriented team.

Qualifications

• Multiple years of software or ML engineering experience.
• Strong experience with agentic AI.
• Proficient in Python and ML libraries.
• Experience building a production LLM application.
• Hands-on with LangGraph, LangChain, and orchestration frameworks.
• Experience measuring ML system quality with evaluation sets or observability.
• Backend experience with REST APIs.
• Kubernetes experience; Postgres useful.
• Experience in legal/tax domain is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Build and improve GenIA-L agents and how they work together.
• Maintain knowledge packages with commentary, case law, parliamentary history and practical interpretation.
• Develop the pipelines to create and update these packages.
• Make quality measurable with evaluation sets and observability.
• Ship features for customers, such as document analysis and advanced case-law search.
• Collaborate closely with editors and subject-matter experts.
