Job summary

Sogeti is seeking a Medior AI Engineer to craft AI-enabled solutions at the intersection of data, AI and software engineering. You will translate client questions into scalable, explainable AI products and contribute from prototype to production and continuous improvement.

Join a Data & AI community; collaborate with Data Scientists, ML Engineers and Data Engineers, focusing on Generative AI, Agentic AI, MLOps and Responsible AI.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant AI/ML experience
• Strong knowledge of ML, LLMs, and software engineering; experience with prompt engineering.
• Proficiency in Python, Git; ability to write, test, document and maintain code.
• Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow and/or scikit-learn.
• Experience with APIs, data processing and modern cloud environments; understanding of MLOps and deployment.
• Ability to explain technical choices to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent Dutch language skills (C1).

Responsibilities

• Translate customer questions into concrete AI use cases and robust production-ready solutions.
• Develop Generative AI solutions with LLMs, prompts and data sources including RAG.
• Build Agentic AI solutions where agents perform tasks within predefined boundaries.
• Integrate AI solutions via APIs into applications and business processes with explainability and reliability.
• Test, monitor and improve responses, agent behavior, performance and costs; investigate errors and hallucinations.
