Elsevier is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the strategy, vision and roadmap for editorial triage in our AI-powered publishing platform. You will work closely with an embedded data science team to shape the signals and workflows editors rely on, balancing speed and accuracy with responsible AI practices.

In this role, you’ll drive customer discovery, define success metrics, and partner with engineering, analytics, and editorial stakeholders to shape end-to-end editorial decision support

Qualifikationen

• Significant product management experience with ownership of strategy, delivery and roadmap planning.
• Experience with AI and machine learning products, including generative AI or RAG workflows.
• Strong analytical skills with data interpretation, experiments and decision-making.

Aufgaben

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for editorial triage solutions.
• Lead product delivery within a cross-functional agile team with backlog management.
• Conduct customer discovery with editorial users and translate insights into product improvements.
• Design and improve signal management and triage experiences for clarity and actionability.
• Foster evidence-based decision-making using quantitative and qualitative research and metrics.
• Partner with data science teams to evaluate signal quality and translate findings into enhancements.
• Connect product outcomes to business goals through KPIs, OKRs and ROI analysis.
• Collaborate with engineering to evaluate architectural and technical trade-offs.
• Build products that support transparency, accountability, and human oversight.
• Align priorities with stakeholders across Publishing, Technology, Operations, Editorial Strategy, and Research Integrity.
• Support go-to-market planning, product launches, and customer adoption.
