Job summary

You will partner with senior stakeholders and technologists, contributing hands-on to data models and semantic layers for AI-driven solutions while ensuring reliable, reusable outcomes at pace.

You will collaborate with product managers and analytics engineers, influence strategy, and adopt new tools to boost speed and impact across publishing and research

Qualifications

• Substantial experience in a data-oriented role and a proven track record of owning and delivering complex analytics projects.
• Bias for action and the ability to move fast in a dynamic team environment.
• Clear communication and influence with senior and technical stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and analytical rigor.
• Experience with data preparation/blending in Excel, Snowflake or similar platforms; AI product development benefit.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage complex analytics projects from planning through delivery, translating business questions into data solutions.
• Collaborate with product managers, analytics engineers and technologists to develop data products while ensuring governance and reusability.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to shape strategy and advocate for data-driven decision making.
• Adopt emerging tools/techniques to improve solutions and speed of delivery.
• Mentor and coach junior colleagues in business engagement and end-to-end project management.
