Job summary

Backbase seeks an experienced TA Ops & AI Enablement Manager to own the end-to-end recruitment backbone. You’ll govern systems, data, workflows, and the operating rhythm, while enabling AI tooling that changes recruiter daily work. This role links recruiters, tech stack, and AI capability globally.

You’ll lead dashboards, governance, and enablement programs, shaping how AI lands first in hiring and partnering with the AI Architect to scale impactful pilots across regions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in TA Operations or Recruiting Operations at a global tech company.
• Hands-on experience with ATS like Greenhouse, including admin, reporting and integrations.
• You've shipped low-code apps, automations, or AI-assisted internal tools.
• Strong data skills: spreadsheets and BI tools; SQL is a plus.
• You've led a team through process or tooling change with impact.
• You understand AI risks and candidate experience considerations.

Responsibilities

• Own TA operations end-to-end, including rhythm, data pipelines, and AI pilots.
• Shape AI adoption within the recruiting workflow and enable recruiters with tooling.
• Develop and maintain TA dashboards covering pipeline health and time-to-fill.
• Lead interviewer enablement and hiring manager partnerships to sustain quality.
• Partner with the AI Architect to pilot AI use cases in recruitment.
• Build internal tools and automations using no-code/low-code platforms.
• Ensure GDPR-aligned data governance across regions including risk awareness.
