Job summary

Qooling is seeking a Product Manager to own discovery, shape a product vision, and deliver AI-powered proofs-of-concept in The Hague. You’ll interact with customers, build validated concepts, and guide engineering with clear criteria. The role sits in-office and partners closely with the founders to drive the roadmap.

You’ll work within the Shape Up framework, owning end-to-end product strategy and delivery while ensuring rapid feedback from real users before larger builds.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch and English for stakeholder communication.
• Experience building AI-powered prototypes with user validation.
• Ability to scope and shape product ideas with founders.

Responsibilities

• Shape product visions with founders and own the roadmap.
• Build AI-powered POCs to validate ideas before development.
• Coordinate releases and write product updates with Marketing.
