Workwize in Amsterdam is seeking an early-career Product Engineer Intern to help turn rough ideas into working prototypes and ship features quickly. You will work with AI agents, design, build, test, and iterate with real users, and collaborate closely with customers and the product team.

You don't need a long CV—you do need to show products you've built and shipped, and you enjoy shipping small, valuable improvements within a week. This role supports flexible hybrid or remote work.

Qualifications

• You have actually built and shipped things. Side projects, internships, or first jobs count.
• You have worked in a team and can take feedback and move something forward.

Responsibilities

• Turn a problem into a working prototype quickly, then harden into production features.
• Use agents and AI tooling to design, build, test, and ship, and know when to trust output vs. manual checks.
• Make product calls on what to build, what to cut, and what is ready to ship.
• Set up evaluation and monitoring to verify live impact and iterate.
• Work directly with customers, support, and the product team to identify the next high-leverage improvement.
