Job summary

Qaitbay in the Netherlands seeks a Sales & Marketing Manager to lead the commercial strategy and execute go-to-market plans for innovative AI products. You will drive revenue, manage the pipeline, and own the budget in collaboration with the Management Team.

You will identify markets, build strategic relationships, and coordinate with Product Management and R&D to strengthen propositions and market approach. Head office is in Vianen.

Qualifications

• Proven capability to drive revenue and pipeline in a management role.
• Experience in leading sales and marketing in tech/innovative sectors.
• Strong network and ability to develop new markets and partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, and implement the sales and marketing strategy.
• Be responsible for revenue, pipeline, and the sales/marketing budget.
• Identify markets, target groups, and customers with opportunities.
• Build long-term relationships with customers and partners.
• Manage the full commercial process from lead gen to closing deals.
• Provide direction for content, SEO, FEO, and external marketing partners.
• Monitor progress and provide actionable insights for course corrections.
• Collaborate with product management and R&D to strengthen propositions.
