project44 is seeking a Managed Service Manager to partner with business leaders, customers and carriers to ensure world-class delivery across a diverse portfolio. You will drive value through data analysis, operational excellence and proactive project management.

You will translate insights into long-term solutions while collaborating with Product, Support, Carrier Operations and Engineering to improve quality and efficiency.

Qualifikationen

• Two to four years of experience in data analysis or a similar analytical role.
• Experience in SaaS, software or logistics is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to convert complex data into clear, actionable insights.
• Solid understanding of source data, data formats and data behavior.
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with visualization or analytics tools such as Tableau, SQL, Power BI, Kibana or Observe.
• Experience with APIs or basic coding concepts is a plus.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
• Strong communication abilities and a customer focused, problem solving mindset.
• Fluency in English and French OR Spanish. Additional languages are a plus.

• Define delivery timelines, milestones and end-to-end project plans with customers.
• Lead carrier initiatives from planning through adoption with data-driven insights.
• Conduct deep-dive data analysis to identify patterns, root causes and improvements.
• Coordinate with carriers to drive data quality and availability.
• Monitor project progress and publish regular progress reports highlighting business impact.
• Mentor team members and share scalable process improvements across the organization.
• Collaborate with Product, Support, Carrier Operations and Engineering to drive customer value.
• Manage a portfolio of complex Enterprise and Vanguard customers across global regions.
