Job summary

Atlassian is seeking a Customer Success Architect (AI) to join the Technical Customer Success team within the Sales and Success department, focusing on the adoption of the Rovo AI platform. You will guide enterprise customers from activation to measurable value by designing and deploying AI-enabled workflows using Jira, Confluence and Rovo Studio.

On day one you’ll facilitate discovery, co-build AI agents, configure connectors, and scale deployments.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Customer Success or enterprise SaaS account management.
• Experience with AI platforms and the Atlassian ecosystem.
• Knowledge of building AI agents and integrating enterprise data sources.
• Experience translating AI capabilities into business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Discovery: Facilitate use case discovery workshops to identify high-value AI opportunities.
• Design: Co-build custom Rovo agents and configure third-party connectors.
• Deploy: Guide customers from sandbox to production, ensure agents perform and data flows.
• Collaborate: Work with Account Teams and CSMs to plan activation journeys and handoffs.
• Advocate: Surface product friction and improvements with Product, Engineering and AI teams.
• Travel: Travel up to 15% domestically and internationally for events and customer meetings.
