Job summary

Atlassian is seeking a Senior Partner Solutions Architect – Cloud Platform to lead joint Accenture initiatives, shaping the technical strategy and co-innovation across global markets. You will partner with Accenture architects to design, package, and deliver high-value, AI-enabled offerings on the Atlassian Cloud.

You will drive AI maturity, enterprise data integration, and co-selling with Atlassian Enterprise Sales, ensuring scalable governance and reference architectures for Fortune 500

Qualifications

• 10–12 years in solution architecture or partner engineering with GSIs such as Accenture.
• Deep understanding of enterprise AI patterns including LLMs, RAG, vector search.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical architecture roadmap and joint innovation initiatives with Accenture across AMER and global markets.
• Design and package repeatable, high-value offerings and industry blueprints with Accenture practice leads.
• Lead architectural sessions, hackathons, and enablement for Accenture’s global practices to accelerate AI proficiency.
• Guide integration of client ecosystems (Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP, Microsoft 365, Slack, GitHub) with Atlassian Teamwork Graph.
• Collaborate with Atlassian Enterprise Sales and Accenture account teams on marquee deals and proofs of concept.
• Bridge Accenture and Atlassian engineering to influence product capabilities and reference architectures.
