Job summary

Nebul is seeking a Commercial Engineer to design and build the company’s commercial operating system in Leiden. You will integrate CRM, marketing, customer-success and finance to enable faster, data-driven decisions across Europe.

You will lead automation initiatives, build AI-assisted workflows and establish governance while maintaining scalable, end-to-end processes for growth. This role reports to senior commercial leadership and collaborates with multiple teams.

Qualifications

• Experience building or significantly improving commercial systems and processes.
• Strong understanding of CRM architecture and lifecycle management.
• Ability to translate commercial needs into scalable technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design Nebul’s commercial technology architecture and own the CRM environment.
• Build integrations between CRM, marketing, customer-success, financial and operational systems.
• Develop proposal, quotation and contract-management workflows.
• Create executive dashboards and commercial-performance insights.
• Establish data ownership, definitions and governance to ensure data quality.
