Job summary

Nebius in Amsterdam is seeking a structured and proactive Technical Program Manager to coordinate customer-related activities across the full customer lifecycle within Customer Experience.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives across Solutions Architecture, Post-Sales, Cloud Support, Product and Engineering, turning priorities, feedback and incident findings into clear plans, owners and milestones, and ensuring delivery of measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical program management or related roles.
• Experience leading multi-team initiatives.
• Strong ability to understand systems, workflows, dependencies, and constraints.
• Experience configuring Jira workflows, automation, and dashboards.
• Experience documenting processes, playbooks, templates, and operational docs.
• Ability to turn ambiguous problems into clear plans and defined success metrics.
• Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer-related activities across discovery, technical validation, onboarding, production, support, and incident follow-up.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across Solutions Architecture, Post-Sales, Cloud Support, Product, and Engineering.
• Turn leadership priorities, customer feedback, and incident findings into clear plans, owners, timelines, risks, and success metrics.
• Manage handovers and dependencies related to compute, storage, networking, workload orchestration, product readiness, and operational support.
• Work with process owners to design, document, roll out, and improve processes, procedures, playbooks, and templates.
• Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation for customer lifecycle processes and cross-functional ways of working.
• Drive agreement on ownership and priorities, track commitments, resolve blockers, and elevate unresolved risks.
• Run program reviews and provide clear updates on progress, decisions, risks, and next steps.
