Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a senior platform engineering team with high craft and discipline.
• Own platform strategy and end-to-end roadmap for compute, storage, and networking access.
• Define reliability targets (SLOs/SLAs) and drive improvements in availability and performance.
• Collaborate with infra, product, and security to ensure scalable platform alignment with business goals.
• Translate high level goals into structured platform initiatives with clear ownership.
