Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is seeking Deployment Strategists — Strategic Builders who translate complex business challenges into agentic AI deployments for enterprise clients. You will work with Forward Deployed Engineers to define AI strategy and deliver measurable value across engagements.

Responsibilities include end-to-end lifecycle ownership, workshops, governance, and driving adoption of agentic AI solutions, leveraging Salesforce Data Cloud and related platforms.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of strategic solutioning, technical advisory, or delivery leadership for enterprise cloud or SaaS technology.
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Prior customer-facing delivery experience (consulting, professional services, or technical advisory).
• Familiarity with Salesforce platform and Data Cloud capabilities; programming knowledge in Python/JavaScript/Java/Apex.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end customer engagement across the value lifecycle: Identify → Commit → Deploy → Consume.
• Define AI strategy and roadmaps; lead design workshops and solution architecture.
• Oversee deployment timelines, risks, and stakeholder communications; ensure delivery milestones.
• Drive adoption, consumption, and expansion within engagements; unblock blockers.
