Job summary

Salesforce is seeking Deployment Strategists — Strategic Builders who are customer-facing advisors translating business challenges into agentic AI deployments that go live and deliver measurable value.

You'll lead engagements with Forward Deployed Engineers, manage governance, and drive adoption across enterprise customers, shaping AI strategies and roadmaps with responsible AI practices.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in strategic solutioning, technical advisory, or delivery leadership for enterprise cloud or SaaS technology.
• Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Prior customer-facing delivery experience (consulting, professional services, or technical advisory).
• Understanding of Salesforce platform and ecosystem, including Agentic AI and Data Cloud.
• Knowledge of Python, JavaScript, Java, or Apex.
• Ability to lead complex engagements end-to-end with measurable outcomes.
• Experience leading AI/LLM solution design and responsible AI practices.
• Strong project/program management, coordinating multiple workstreams.
• Willingness to travel ~25% to customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end customer engagement across the value lifecycle from identify to consume.
• Define AI strategy and architecture; lead design workshops and sessions.
• Oversee deployment timelines, risk, and stakeholder communication.
• Own adoption, consumption, and expansion metrics within engagements.
• Coordinate with Forward Deployed Engineers on strategy and execution.
• Develop customer solutions with AI tools to accelerate development.
• Manage senior stakeholder relationships and present business value.
• Assess AI readiness and guide change management for customers.
• Translate field insights into actionable product feedback.
