Job summary

Nebius is hiring a Senior Director of GSI and Regional SIPartnerships to build and scale the global partner program. This leadership role focuses on AI cloud, HPC, and infrastructure, balancing marquee GSIs with AI-native SIs and driving repeatable offerings worldwide.

You will own strategy, architecture, and execution of the GSI motion globally, while establishing a regional operating model across AMER, EMEA, and APJ. Travel for executive meetings is expected.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to design and run global GSI/alliance programs.
• Track record building services with system integrators.
• Deep familiarity with AI cloud, HPC, and infrastructure.
• Extensive senior partner management and GTM experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale Nebius's global GSI program and regional structure.
• Recruit, activate, and manage AI-native SIs and marquee GSIs.
• Map Nebius into partner services and co-create offerings.
• Define commercial models and drive joint pipeline and revenue.
• Enable partner technical and sales teams with blueprints.
