Job summary

SailPoint Technologies Holdings, Inc. in BeNeLux region seeks an Advanced Technology Specialist (ATS) who sells Agentic Technology solutions—including Machine Identity Security, Data Access Security, Agent Identity Security, and Shadow AI Remediation—within complex strategic accounts.

You will engage IT stakeholders and develop insights around identity governance. Lead the end-to-end sales cycle, collaborate with marketing, and coach teams to outperform objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience selling to IT stakeholders, ideally in identity or cybersecurity.
• Strong consultative selling skills to align business value with technology solutions.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity/identity applications and modern cloud technologies (IaaS, Cloud Data Platforms).
• Ability to manage relationships from executives to contributors.
• Experience with data and analytical tools to drive programs.
• Proven ability to present SailPoint’s Agentic Technology solutions and compare to competitors.
• Record of delivering superior customer experience from discovery onward.
• Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Exceed revenue quota on a quarterly and yearly basis.
• Provide tailored solutions to customer and partner inquiries on data, AI, and identity intelligence.
• Engage customers and partners to maintain high service levels aligned with SailPoint values.
• Collaborate with marketing to target the Identity Intelligence market.
• Lead the sales cycle from qualification to RFP responses.
• Coordinate with technical resources to demonstrate SailPoint advantages.
• Maintain Salesforce hygiene and accurate forecasting.
• Develop and deliver internal training for sales and customer success teams.
• Build strategic account plans incorporating Agentic Technology solutions.
