Responsibilities

• Quotation, reservation, and booking of cargo shipments in coordination with headquarters to secure space and uplift guarantees freight.
• Analyze feasibility of freight transport requests (nature of cargo, dimensions, destination, etc.).
• Handle customer service requests related to booking of shipments and coordinate cargo ground handling actions with ground handling and/or trucking companies.
• Update details on accepted cargo in the Cargolux System to allow tracing and final invoicing to customer.

Essential Requirements

• General school leaving certificate of secondary education or equivalent.
• Previous exposure in a cargo booking office environment is a necessity.

Working Conditions
