Job summary

BYD Europe is seeking an experienced administrator to support the Aftersales Service Center across Europe, based in Hoofddorp. You will handle daily operations, procurement, travel logistics, and cross-department liaison to ensure smooth service delivery and project execution.

The role requires strong organization, discretion with confidential information, and excellent English plus Dutch at C1. A pension plan and generous holidays are part of the package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Proven experience in administrative, operational or customer service roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for Aftersales Service Center and coordinate cross-department communications.
• Provide operational and administrative support to multiple departments across Hoofddorp and Schiedam.
• Manage daily operations and assist with procurement, vendor negotiations, and purchasing orders.
• Organize meetings, travel, reports, and communications for management.
