Job summary

BYD Europe B.V. in Hoofddorp is seeking an After-Sales Quality Engineer to guide and develop after-sales technical personnel, driving improvement in product analysis capabilities and service management.

You will lead follow-up on after-sales matters for assigned projects, provide on-site client support, and promote product improvements to meet customer satisfaction and after-sales targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above preferred in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in automotive quality management and after-sales quality control.
• Willingness to travel for on-site client support as needed.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Guide and manage after-sales technical personnel and training plans.
• Lead follow-up of after-sales matters for projects and provide on-site support.
• Track and analyze customer issues; propose feasible solutions.
• Coordinate R&D and after-sales communications and ensure proper data flow.
• Drive after-sales product improvements and monitor target achievement.
