Job summary

Li Auto is seeking an experienced After Sales Service Manager to lead Netherlands aftersales operations and ensure high service quality. You will oversee dealer performance, warranty handling, and customer satisfaction while coordinating with European teams on regional projects.

You will drive service standards, optimize parts supply and training, and monitor KPIs such as CSI and repair quality. The role requires strong collaboration with headquarters and travel within Europe.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Management, or related fields.
• Minimum 5–8 years of aftersales experience in the automotive industry.
• Strong understanding of automotive service operations, warranty processes, and dealer management.
• Experience working with international automotive OEMs is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and dealer relationship management capabilities.
• Fluent in English; Dutch or additional European languages are advantageous.
• Ability to travel frequently within the Netherlands and Europe.

Responsibilities

• Support European aftersales operations and cross-country projects as required by management.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, warranty policies, and company standards.
• Complete other tasks and assignments arranged by supervisors and management.
