Job summary

Destinus is seeking a Supply Support & Provisioning Engineer to own and maintain the logistics data for spare parts, serials and lifecycle records across multiple functions. You will monitor inventory health, ensure traceability, and act as the primary contact between Integrated Logistics Support, Engineering, Procurement, Warehouse, Production and Quality to keep our aerospace systems mission-ready.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with related experience in logistics or supply chain management.
• 1 to 3 years of logistics support, inventory, provisioning, ERP master data management, or similar roles.
• Solid understanding of inventory management, material traceability, serial number management, and batch/lot control.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365/Navision is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to data accuracy and excellent English communication.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain support item master data within Dynamics 365, ensuring accuracy of part numbers, serials, batches, and lifecycle data.
• Monitor inventory health by identifying shortages, excess stock, and critical spare parts; drive corrective actions.
• Ensure complete material traceability across serialized, batched, and lot-controlled items.
• Serve as main liaison between Integrated Logistics Support, Engineering, Procurement, Warehouse, Production and Quality for spare parts data.
• Maintain logistics records to support performance, audits and compliance.
• Generate inventory, provisioning, obsolescence and supply reports and KPIs.
• Support provisioning for new programs, including spare parts analysis and creating Recommended Spare Parts Lists.
• Maintain Logistics Support Analysis data for customer deliverables.
• Monitor obsolescence, End of Life and Last Time Buy statuses to safeguard long-term supportability.
• Review Engineering Change Requests/Orders for impact on spare parts and ERP records.
• Assist configuration status accounting and coordinate with Technical Publications on logistics documentation.
• Process supply support notifications to trigger procurement and maintenance actions.
