Job summary

Destinus is seeking a Warehouse Operator to maintain the flow of materials, components, and products through our facilities with precision and speed.

You will use ERP systems to record stock movements, collaborate with purchasing, engineering, and production, and uphold health and safety standards in a fast-paced aerospace environment.

Fluent English and experience with Microsoft Dynamics warehouse modules are required to join our international teams.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills with a detail‑oriented, methodical approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate across teams.
• Experience using ERP systems for warehouse management.
• Fluent in English to work with international teams.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics (MSD) warehouse modules.
• Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or supply chain role.

Responsibilities

• Receive, organize, and store products efficiently, ensuring items are in their designated location.
• Record all orders, deliveries, and stock movements in the ERP system, keeping inventory up to date.
• Work closely with purchasing, engineering, and production teams to optimize warehouse operations and stock control.
• Identify and report potential delivery issues, such as pending tariff payments or missing documentation to the Purchasing department.
• Implement and uphold workplace health and safety practices, keeping the warehouse organized and compliant.
