Job summary

Destinus is seeking a Warehouse Operator to ensure materials, components, and products flow through our facilities with precision and speed. You will handle receiving, stocking, picking, and recording movements in the ERP system, keeping inventory accurate and traceable.

This hands-on role requires strong organization, clear communication with purchasing, engineering and production teams, and strict adherence to health and safety practices.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and a methodical approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to coordinate across teams.
• Experience using ERP systems for warehouse management and inventory control.
• Fluent in English to work with international teams.

Responsibilities

• Receive, organize, and store products, ensuring correct location placement.
• Record all orders, deliveries, and stock movements in the ERP system to keep inventory up to date.
• Collaborate with purchasing, engineering, and production teams to optimize warehouse operations.
• Identify and report potential delivery issues and documentation gaps to the Purchasing department.
• Uphold health and safety practices and maintain a clean, compliant warehouse.
