Job summary

Strativ Group is seeking a Revenue & Project Controller to manage the financial journey of complex aerospace and advanced manufacturing projects. You will oversee the end-to-end order-to-cash process, review contracts for IFRS 15 treatment, and ensure accurate revenue recognition and cost control across multiple teams.

The role requires five years in project accounting or related fields, strong IFRS 15 knowledge, and experience with milestone-based contracts.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in financial accounting, project controlling or related roles.
• Strong IFRS knowledge with emphasis on IFRS 15.
• Experience with complex, milestone-based contracts.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end order-to-cash process and revenue recognition.
• Review contracts to determine IFRS 15 treatment and milestones.
• Track project costs, budgets, cost-to-complete, margins and variances.
• Prepare project financial reporting and highlight risks to leadership.
• Support audits and strengthen financial controls.
