Job summary

CS GROUP, in Noordwijk, Netherlands, seeks a finance and procurement specialist to support planning, cost control and contract administration for ESA programmes. You will assist in CAC planning, monitor budget consumption, and prepare related reports for management information systems.

The role requires a Master’s degree, aerospace experience, IPSAS knowledge is a plus, and fluent English (other EU languages a plus).

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant discipline with professional experience.
• Experience in controlling and/or management of activities and resources in aerospace.
• Knowledge of IPSAS and Finance/Accounting is an asset.
• Proficient in English, written and spoken; knowledge of another EU language is an asset.
• Interaction with ESA corporate stakeholders and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, execution and follow-up of project activities (schedule, risks, costs) and related reporting.
• Assist in preparing Projects CAC resource plans and monitoring against budgets.
• Support procurement actions, CCNs, and contract financial data entry.
• Monitor financial commitments, payments, and invoicing and ensure compliance with industrial return policy.
• Provide inputs to procurement workplans and detailed implementation plans.
