Job summary

Destinus is seeking a Revenue & Project Controller to join the Finance team. You will own the end-to-end order-to-cash process and ensure IFRS 15-compliant revenue recognition while translating complex contracts into auditable financials.

This role requires strong accounting judgment and cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Legal, Programme Management and Production. You will track costs for development and production programmes, monitor project performance, and partner with project

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Economics, Economics or a related field.
Professional accounting qualification preferred (CPA/ACCA/CA/RA).
At least 5 years of experience in financial accounting, reporting, controlling or project controlling.

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end order-to-cash process from sales through invoicing and revenue recognition.
Ensure IFRS 15 compliance and proper allocation of performance obligations and milestones.
Interpret contracts to determine revenue treatment before, during and after execution.
Track costs and monitor project financial performance including variances and margins.
Maintain auditable documentation and support audits with clear evidence.
Build and maintain dashboards linking contract milestones, billing, cash flow and revenue recognition.
