Job summary

CS GROUP in Noordwijk, the Netherlands, is seeking a Master’s-educated Project Controller to support planning, costs, and reporting for aerospace programmes. You will assist CAC planning, monitor budgets, and help manage contractual actions with ESA partners.

English proficiency is essential; experience in IPSAS/Finance is a plus. This role offers an international, dynamic environment with exposure to procurement, invoicing, and asset control within an ESA context.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant discipline and professional experience.
• Experience in planning, controlling and managing activities and resources in aerospace.
• Knowledge of IPSAS and Finance/Accounting is an asset.
• Interaction with ESA CFO Directorate and Project Teams is required.
• Proficient in English; another EU language is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, execution, and reporting of project activities (CAC, budgets, risks).
• Assist in preparing CAC resource plans and monitor deviations.
• Support procurement actions, tender actions, CCNs, and contract data entry.
