Job summary

GKN Aerospace is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer in Papendrecht to support the Product & Planning team at Fokker Landing Gear. This role is critical in ensuring efficient production of landing gear components and involves managing product documentation, resolving quality issues, and continuously improving manufacturing processes.

Candidates should have over 4 years in Manufacturing Engineering, a relevant degree, and strong English communication skills. The position offers a competitive salary of up to €5,715 per month along with excellent benefits.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience in Manufacturing Engineering, preferably in aerospace.
• Experience in managing Product/Process introduction and production improvements.
• Fluency in English, both in writing and speaking.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical solutions by ensuring compliance with safety policies.
• Manage manufacturing development and integration for production.
• Resolve vendor schedule and quality issues.
• Oversee product development and maintain team relationships.
• Continuously improve production processes by implementing Lean initiatives.
